An active person herself, Carmen is passionate about movement without pain and using holistic treatments that are appropriate and beneficial to the body’s quality of life. She graduated from American Massage and Bodywork Institute (AMBI) in Vienna, VA at the top of her class and is certified in Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage and Cupping. Carmen has an extensive background in art and has been working as a freelance artist as well as teaching high school art for the last 19 years.
