"Acupuncture relieved my migraine headaches." As someone who suffered migraine headaches for over 10 years I was searching for relief from the excruciating pain after trying several medications which no longer worked. I had heard about acupuncture, but wasn't sure about trying it, because it was not mentioned by my doctor as a treatment option. After a particularly bad 3 day headache I decided I had to do something, so I met with Emily at United Wellness about how acupuncture could help me. My first visit gave immediate relief and I'm thrilled to say that in the year that I have been receiving treatments I have had 1 migraine headache, instead of the 1-2 a month that I was living with!
